Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work for VelBooks subscriptions provided by FinAcc Technologies.
1. Free trial
New accounts can use the full VelBooks app free for 30 days, so you can evaluate it with your own data before paying.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@finacc.in or +91 81472 70720. Cancellation stops future renewals. You can continue to use the Services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
Because a free trial is available, subscription fees already paid are generally not refundable for a partially used billing period. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will review and correct it.
4. Your data after cancellation
Before your account closes, you can ask us how to export your data. After closure, data may be deleted after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. GST
Subscription invoices include GST at the applicable rate. If a refund is approved, the GST component is handled as required under GST law.
